Requirements

• Registration fee of $350 USD per team as confirmation of participation.
• Make the registration deposit to the NU account under the name Rebeca Ocaña Corchado and send the payment receipt along with the roster to registro.cancunbowl@gmail.com before AUGUST 8th, 2026, the receipt must include the name and category of each registered team.
• As a primary requirement for all UNDER categories, eligibility documents must be sent:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Updated CURP
  • School ID
  • PASSPORT only mandatory for foreign players
  before AUGUST 8th, reminding you that the age completed as of the event date, September 10 to 13, will be used as the basis.

Registration includes:

• 3 games, semifinal, and final.
• Grass fields.
• Registration and welcome meeting.
• Medical service, first aid, and ambulance.
• Music atmosphere on the fields.
• Commemorative T-shirts
• Awards for first and second place by category.
• Awards for MVPs, statistical leaders, and One and One competitions.
• Sponsor gifts
• Awards ceremony and closing.
• Photos and videos of the games on our Facebook and Instagram social media pages.

Uniforms

Each team must wear the mandatory uniform: shorts without pockets or drawstrings.

It is recommended to have one light jersey and one dark jersey to avoid color duplication during games.

Each team will present its official game ball: WOMEN Golden TDY, MEN AND COED GOLDEN ES 1001 or 1005, youth K2.

On Thursday, September 10, registration and the welcome event will take place (Only for staff, players, coaches, and referees participating in the event) at Universidad Anahuac Cancun(Blvd. Luis Donaldo Colosio Km 13.5 M 2 Zona 8 SM 299, Carr. Cancún - Tulum, 77565 Cancún, Q.R.), each team must bring a minimum of 5 players, and must also bring SOUVENIRS to exchange with other players from participating countries. Recommended items include: team flags, T-shirts, caps, keychains, pins, bracelets or wristbands with the team or country logo, candy, etc.

All players, coaches, staff, officials, and participants in general, without exception, must comply with and respect the rules, codes, and statutes governing this discipline, with a spirit of fraternity, respect, and sportsmanship prevailing.
